im on the rewards transaction account. Does anyone know how to find out what awards or points I have accumulated or earned?

Hi Steff,

 

Try logging in here -> https://www.bankwestmorerewards.com.au/

 

Your Member ID is located underneath your name on your card.

Thanks for the reply @timc! And @Steff, he's spot on. In there you'll see your current balance and can browse through the rewards to see what you can redeem for Smiley Happy If you also have a More MasterCard with Bankwest you'll see those points accumulated in there too and it splits it from your Rewards Transaction account.

there is *nothing* written under my name on my card... and the account is too new to have any statements available. is there any other way to find out my Member ID?

Glad you were able to locate this @jponza!

The Member ID would only be listed on the card if you are the Primary Card Holder of the More Rewards Credit Card - so if you are an Additional Card Holder or you have the Rewards Transaction account, this would only be listed on the letter.

 

Good news though, you can actually log in to the More Rewards site within your Online Banking, so you wouldn't need to input your Member ID as you'll already be identified Smiley Happy
