I'm trying to reset my secure code using your app however it asks me for a pin code or credit / debit card number.
As this is a savings account no credit card or pin is associated with this account.
This is frustrating. Why don't you provide the option of reseting this code without having to call you?
Is there a way I can reset this code without having to speak with a person?

Hi @theadamtron, if you don't have a card linked to your account, you'll need to give us a buzz on 13 17 19 to reset your secure code I'm sorry.
