We're not experiencing any issues with Online Messaging, though I can confirm that this is only available via BOB (Banking Online Banking) - not OBB (Online Business Banking).
It would be best to give the Business Support Team a call so that they can talk you through this - they're available on 137 000 between the below hours:
6am - 8pm AWST Mon - Fri
6am - 2.30pm AWST Sat
