For security purposes it would be best for a temporary hold to be placed on the card in question, to ensure that if it has been used without your knowledge or consent, nothing further can be debited. Via the Forum we are unable to view your full details, so to have this actioned urgently, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time.
