PayID Features

I'm really happy PayID has finally arrived! I just wanted to make some suggestions for future features.

1) Recurring and Scheduled Payments: I'd like to set up a scheduled monthly payment to a friend who uses PayID but I couldn't figure out how to do this. Will this feature be added in future?

2) Payee List: It seems I have two payee lists now. One for PayID recipients and one for the old Pay Anybody recipients. Could these be combined into a single list? The list could have an icon to show which transfers will be fast and which will be slow.

3) Four Hour Delay: The four hour delay for new recipients unfortunately means that PayID isn't delivering on its promise of instantaneous payment. Other banks just transfer immediately. If fraud is a serious threat, could we at least make transactions under $100 immediate for new recipients?

Overall, great work on the initial rollout of PayID! This is exactly what banking should be like.

Hi @DRC, you've got some great suggestions here! I'll ensure these are passed through to our PayID Team.
