Pay anybody not working on mobile

hi when i try to pay anyone the next stays greyed out and doesn't do anything. the account details and amount are valid.

Hi @H8, can I ask if you are entering a narration in both fields? The button to proceed will remain greyed out if this has not been done. Thanks
