Hi @Simona Gabriele can notify us of his travel plans through his online banking by clicking 'Self service' > 'Going overseas'. If using the app, click 'International' > 'Going overseas.
If he wont be able to receive the SMS Code to his Australian mobile number while traveling, he'll need to give us a call on 13 17 19 at any time before departing so we can place an exemption on this for him.
