Overseas and locked out of account

Hi,
I have had too many attempts at my password and now can not access my online banking app. I am currently overseas for the next three months so can't receive calls or msgs. Could you please help me with this as I need to get this sorted before leavijg Wi-Fi again.

Hi @Danikamortimer, I'm sorry to hear this. Whilst we can certainly assist, we would need to be able to identify you verbally in this case, which we are unable to do via Facebook I'm sorry. If you can't receive the SMS Code to your Australian Mobile to reset your password yourself, we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130 from a landline overseas. This is a Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Thanks.
