If you're registered with SMS Code security, you can reset this by clicking the 'reset your secure code online' link on the login page of the full site (from a PC). If not, please give us a buzz on 13 17 19 at any time so we can get this reset for you. If you're overseas, you can call us on +61 8 9486 4130.
This is a 24/7 reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.

Hi I got the same problem, my net banking is locked and if I can rest it would be great..
i can’t go to the brunch because all my documents been stole from my car.. if u could help me that would be great
