Multiple issues

Hi there.

Just received an SMS telling me bill is overdue. We've not received any!

Tried to log in and can't recall secure code and it won't reset, directs me to call.

Phone then tells me it's outside of local hours of 8am to 8pm, it's 8:20am locally!

I want this to get resolved & know why I've not received bills or any notification until now & why your phone system is faiiing. I'm never late with bills and do not want to be charged interest!

Please contact me ASAP

Hi @Darrylb79, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so I can't see what's happened here.
