Hi @DarrylBaker, if you log into online banking via a computer you can select "Self service" from the left hand menu and then "Manage devices" you can remove your registered device by clicking the "remove" button. This will prevent any Easy Alerts being sent to the phone, and also remove your stored information from the app. Thanks!
