Broke my phone recently and have no access to a phone at all, is there any way I can make a payment without having to recieve an sms code?

Hi @RachyDubs I'm sorry to hear your phone is broken, that's definitely inconvenient!
We can place an exemption on the SMS Code requirement for the time being, so that you can process the payment with another type of security verification. As we will need to verbally identify you to make this update to your account, please give us a call at anytime on 13 17 19.
