Yes please for Samsung pay... many customers want this.
Also, per the previous post, this reflects really badly on Bankwest beyond just a few Samsung users. Most tier 1 and 2 banks have been able to introduce this but BW is lagging so much ... does this mean the rest of your digital capabilities (e.g. cyber security) are below par because you either don't invest enough in this space, or don't have the right team / skills to deliver?

It's been another 6weeks..... What's your IT dept doing, it can't be that hard when nearly all other banks already have rolled it out... Cmon guys, this (and the payid debacle) really are a big worry
