IB payment detail

I have made a transaction to send money to an external bank account,i have made it on last friday but today is monday ,the account still have not received the money,i just wonder that can i see the transaction detail whether i send to a right bank account?because i only can see a IB Payment number which does not show any receiver account detail.Thanks.

Hi @benjay, if you log into online banking and select "Payment history" from the left hand menu, and then select the payment number of the transfer you want to see, this will show the details. Please keep in mind that a transfer to another bank can take up to 3 business days to be received, so if it was made on Friday you should receive it by Wednesday morning. Thanks!

I paid $300 for my wife accout on 16/02/18.

She didn't recieved yet. how can I chek that which accout number I paied money to.

Hi abdulsufizada77, thanks for getting in touch. You'll just need to select "Payments and Transfers > Payment History" from the left side menu of your Online Banking, then click on the corresponding Payment Number to view the receipt. Payment from one bank to another can take up to 3 business days, which may be why the funds have not arrived as yet. Hope this helps!
