Hi @Tonyslan, thanks for getting in touch. This is dependant on whether you're using a 4 digit PIN, or if you login using your PAN and Secure Code. If you have forgotten the PIN, you'll just need to login using your PAN and Secure Code. If it's this you're not sure of, and you're registered for SMS Code security, you can click on the "Forgotten your Secure Code?" link and follow the prompts to have this reset. If not, you'll need to call our Contact Centre at any time on 13 17 19 to have this done. Thanks!
