Hey @358708, thanks for your question.
Generally, if both the sender and the recipient banks are set up with NPP (the New Payments Platform) and both parties have a PayID, the funds will automatically be transferred quicker If not, the standard processing time of up to 3 business days will apply.
You can initiate a Faster Payment specifically within your Online Banking (using a PC) by selecting "Payments and Transfers > Faster Payment".
For more information on how to register a PayID and initiate a Faster Payment, please click here.
I hope this helps!

This doesn't work in the Bankwest Mobile App currently.
If I initiate a payment in the app, to a payee that only has BSB and account number, it will try to do a "Faster Payment" regardless of the fact that the recipient bank isn't on the NPP.
The app doesn't give an option to select "Pay AnyBody" instead of Faster Payment and just fails, forcing me to login to the website to be able to transfer successfully to the same payee.
When's this going to be fixed?
