Normally this would be because the cardholder has temporarily misplaced their card, and wants to prevent transactions until they find it, or confirm it is lost.
This feature isn't currently available @THenry, so call Bankwest straight away if you think the card has indeed been lost, or is at risk of any fraudulent transactions.

Hi @THenry, we can place a temporary hold on a card that has been lost, however as @thewinchester mentioned it's not a service that is available in online banking, so you'd need to give us a call on 13 17 19 so we can assist with this.
