You're able to request these be issued on a specific date each month, or the last day of each month if preferred. For security reasons we're unable to view your accounts via the Forum I'm sorry, though our Contact Centre will be able to help you out with this. They're available by calling 13 17 19, or by selecting the "Message us Now" tab in your Online Banking (from a PC) at any time, 24/7.
