I was just reminded of the existence of Easy Alerts, and went to turn them on. It it seems they were already on and not triggering? My notifications list show a couple of credit card reminders from a few months ago, but no deposit or pay pass notifications. I’ve tried turning off and on again but no love How can I get these working? It seems like a handy feature if it works.

You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat to us now".
