I used to be able to download my statements from the mobile app but now all it does is pop up a Security Update windows that says "Secure Network communication could not be established. Please check your network or try again later" with an OK button. I have tried this a few times since early June with the same result. Do you have any idea why this is happpening?

Hey @FJO, thanks for your patience while we looked into this for you. Our Mobile Team have advised that there's nothing they can see from their end which would cause the error message you've received. What they've recommended is deleting and re-installing the app to ensure that you're running the most up to date version. This could also occur if you're using an unsecure wifi connection.
Please let us know if you get this error message again.
