Credit card travel insurance

My flights have been cancelled to Bali and I paid for the flight and accommodation on my Bankwest credit card. I have been advised that Tigerair will fully refund the flight costs but wanted to know if the travel insurance covered the accomodation costs which are 100% if cancelled. If the card insurance covers this what is the excess? Thanks

Hi @KarenM, sorry to hear about your trip. The complimentary trave insurance on our Platinum credit cards is provided by Allianz. For any enquiries about the policy or claims you can contact them on 1800 785 918. You can also view the product disclosure for the insurance here. Hope that helps!
