Credit card transaction dispute

Hi ,

I'd like to lodge a Credit card transaction dispute against a seller. It's been over a month and I have not received my item.

Lately the seller has stopped responding to my emails. How can I lodge a dispute to get my money back?

Hi @montetkon I'm sorry to hear this has happened. We can certainly dispute this transaction for you.

To do so, please complete the Transaction Dispute Form and once signed by hand, attach it to a BankMail through the 'Message centre' of your online banking.
