I’m trying to transfer from my credit card to my personal account but all of a sudden it can’t process giving me the message saying insufficient funds, holds or conditions on account. There are funds in the account and no holds or conditions, why would this be happening all of a sudden? Can anyone help? Otherwise I’ll pop into a branch to find out. Thanks.

Via the Forum I wouldn't be able to view your account to confirm exactly why this is happening I'm sorry, however it does sound like it may be a Cash Advance restriction. Whilst we would like to let you know the exact amount you can withdraw, for security reasons we are unable to disclose how much cash can be withdrawn from your credit card at any time.
