Credit Card Replacement

I called regarding misplacing my credit card that I lost on Saturday 1 July 2017. I was told it would be cancelled and re-issued in 3 business days. On 10 July I received a letter in mail dated 3 July 2017 saying my card is coming. On 13 July I receive a text message saying "Congratulations on your new Bankwest MasterCard! You can begin using your card now. ACTIVATE & SET your PIN by logging into Online Banking." As at today 17 July 2017 I still don't have my new credit card. Please advise if this card has been sent. If not I would hope you can resolve this quicker than my current wait time. Not happy with this service one bit guys.

Hi @DReichelt79, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your card yet. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you either over the phone on 13 17 19, or via live chat to look into this.

You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat now".
