Credit Card Payments and Notifications

Hi guys!

I would really love to see a notification the day before a credit card payment is due without having an automatic payment set up. But also, I think it would be awesome to have an option to setup a payment to pay the card off at the end of each statement period.

Hi @Pe88lz, Thanks for the great suggestion! I will make sure to pass this onto our online team Smiley Happy

In regards to automatically paying off your statement balance each month, we can set this up for you over the phone if you give us a quick call on 13 17 19.

Hey hey that's great to know thanks. But would also be cool to have in Internet banking so that we can take control of our finances better just in case the amount is too big for our available balance we can cancel it ourselves that month. Thanks Smiley Happy

I concur @LyndsC, that would be a great alert to add.

I'd suggest the alert structured as something like:

Name: Minimum repayment not yet madd

IF Product type equals Credit Card

AND IF Today Equals (Due Date minus 1 Day)

AND Repayment amount due (Calculated as Repayment amount this billing period less (Sum of all Deposits, Credits, and Refunds this billing period)) >= 0

THEN alert the customer, with repayment amount due in message.
