Hi @Jahradbutler, I'm sorry to hear this. Whilst we can certainly take a look at what is happening, we would need to be able to identify you, which we can't do via the Forum I'm sorry. You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance with this.
