Hi, I have an joined Home Loan and Bankwest Offset Transaction Account. I have set up an app on my iPhone. I want my wife to have access to our bankwest accounts on her iPhone. Can I choose different password for her to login? Is it possible to have different passwords or does she have to apply for new PAN?

Hi @pripir, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Whilst both parties will certainly be able to access the account information in online banking, it will be from an individual and separate login. Due to the Privacy Act, and the Bankwest No Loss Security Guarantee, these details should not be shared. When an account is opened, each customer is assigned a PAN and Secure Code, where accounts in their name (inclusive of joint accounts) will be shown. If your wife is unsure of her details, she can certainly call our contact centre on 13 17 19 to be identified and have these issued. Hope this helps!
