Can't transfer from mobile app from mobile phone

Hi there,


the funds transfer function gone gone from my Bankwest mobile app one day. I can only see the pan for 'secheduled transfer' and 'transfer history'. However, the pan for funds transfer in/out Bankwest accounts gone. Can you help?

Hi @Sx, you can transfer funds by swiping on the account you wish to transfer from (swipe right if you're phone is an android, or left if you're using an iPhone). This will take you to the "Pay to" screen, where you can choose one of your Bankwest accounts or select "PAYEES" or "BPAY BILLERS" from the orange bar at the top of the page. Hope this helps :-)
