I’ve recently been scammed online when trying to buy second hand tickets. I’ve transferred this person a certain amount of money, (still says it’s being processed due to the public holidays) and have received nothing in return.
I was wondering if there was any way i can get my money back before it goes into his account????

We can certainly attempt a recall - you'd just need to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19. Alternatively you can log in to your Online Banking and select "Message us Now" from a PC, or "Ask Us" via the Mobile App, where a member of our Online Team can help out with this.
