I have the app on multiple devices. On my iPhone, the app is stuck in a loop that tells me I have entered the secure code incorrectly too many times. Resetting the code doesn’t fix the problem. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that doesn’t help. BankWest forced a change in the secure code but the smartphone App rejected it. The app on other devices works fine.
