BankWest smartphone app

I have the app on multiple devices.  On my iPhone, the app is stuck in a loop that tells me I have entered the secure code incorrectly too many times.  Resetting the code doesn’t fix the problem. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that doesn’t help.  BankWest forced a change in the secure code but the smartphone App rejected it.   The app on other devices works fine.

Hey @Aussielee5 that's definitely strange. 

Can you please delete the app again and then log into your online banking using a PC/laptop and select 'Self service' > 'Manage devices' > remove the iPhone and then re-install the app again.
