I just opened a BankWest account and had money deposited from my three Westpac accounts which I have now closed. Two of the deposits I can see have come through but the third one hasn't. It's now been three business days. With the money that has come through, it still isn't available for me to access

Hi @ggrigg01, I'm sorry to hear that not all of the transfer's haven't been received yet. As we're unable to see incoming transfers until they're credited to the account, we do recommend contacting Westpac as they will be able to process a trace on the funds. In regards to being unable to access the transfers that have been received, I can't view your accounts through the Forum, but if you have access to a computer you can login to our Messaging service (login to your Online Banking then click 'Message Us Now' down the right hand side, or along the bottom) our team will be able to take a look for you and assist. If you can't get online, our contact centre can assist on 13 17 19 between 8am-8pm your local time. Hope this helps!
