Can you PLEASE do something aboout Apple Pay. I don't want your useless ring - I have multiple Apple devices with near field technology that I use repeatedly everyday. What on earth makes you think I'd want to wear a piece of jewelery purely for your business? It's really short sighted Bankwest.
I have multiple personal accounts with you as well as my business banking with Bankwest.
This kind of ignorance is really pushing us to the edge of working with a bank that suits our needs better than you areable to. And I'm sure you know - there are plenty of your competitors that are working with Apple Pay, while you somehow struggle to make this happen for your customer base. Looking over the forums, it's clear this is something your customers are asking for (the technology was introduced 3 years ago!) and you have ignored and gone your own way. Real poor form.
Please advise your pathways into making this happen.

Hey @afiels88 while Apple Pay is something we've looked, we've been unable to come to a viable commercial agreement with Apple to provide this to our customers. We know some of our customers are keen to utilise this with their Bankwest accounts, and I'm sorry I don't have a different answer for you. I understand this would be disappointing.
We'd hate to see you leave over this but do appreciate that you need to do what's best for you and your banking needs.
