Hi, for the last few months after upgrading the andriod app and removing my pin, i can no longer login using my pan and password.
Apparently i can't have a pin any more without sms verification which i can't use as i am often overseas and do not get sms with no roaming.
How can i resurrect the ability to use the android app without a registered pin?
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing as well as clearing cache and all data.
What further information do you need?

Hi @trevorfstrong, can I ask if you have been able to log in to online banking via a browser using your PAN and secure code, or are you not able to access online banking at all anymore?

No poroblem with PAN or access via web site even on the cellphone.
Just a problem trying to use the android app.
The login screen is presented and i touch the PAN field to enter my PAN. This should open the keyboard, however the screen flickers and the app immediately drops off screen (minimises to the running apps).
Any attempt to do the same still fails.
