Android Pay - Verification issue

I can't seem to add Android pay, I keep getting a constant message to verify.

 

'' your bank would like to verify your identity'' (this is the only option)

 

The above takes me to Bankwest phone support. I contact them and they tell me to use the correct details. I have confirmed my details and used the correct name, address etc. My local Bankwest support staff could not add it either as the same issue occured.

 

Restarted the phone, reinstated Bankwest and Android app. Checked device compatibility. Spoke to multiple service reps.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
