Hi @Byron, thanks for your enquiry. If you are referring to opening a new everyday account, this can certainly be done over the phone, or even through the "Apply for a Product" tab within your Online Banking. However, this feature is only available via the full website, not on the Mobile App. You can speak with a Sales Consultant to discuss new accounts, by calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 during the below hours:
Monday to Friday: 7am - 6pm AWST
Saturday: 8am - 4pm AWST
Sunday: 8am - 12:30pm AWST
