The tagline on our Progress Payment claims booklet says "Making Banking Easier" but having only a fax or postal option for sending in progress payment claims seems antiquated

Hi @naomihemy, you can actually send the documents back via email to email@example.com - I do apologise if this was not previously made clear. Just ensure you have your Case/Application Reference listed, I hope this helps.
