I’m in process of refinancing my home loan with Bankwest, I have setup mobile banking via bankwest app. I can’t see any offset account created yet, can you please let me know when it’ll be ready? My settlement date is 26th mar. So I want to transfer and keep enough funds in my offset so that the loan repayment goes smoothly for my first mortgage payment.,as I have ticked on home application to direct debit payments from Bankwest offset account.

We're unable to view your customer profile for security reasons via the Forum, though generally speaking it's quite common for the Offset account to be created upon disbursal of the loan.
If you'd like to confirm that the accounts are due to be set up, or request that this be done sooner, you're welcome to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19, or select the "Message us Now" tab in your Online Banking (from a PC) at any time. They'll be able to look into what's happening and let you know the progress
