I was just enquiring on behalf of my partner the conditions of an unsecured personal loan.
He is looking at applying for an amount of $35,000 for a new car plus a trailor for the car for work. On top of this with the remaining couple of grand, he would then be looking at putting this amount towards flights for a trip in December.
He does not have any accounts with bank west, but my query is are there any conditions with an unsecured personal loan for this amount (such as having to own a home?).
He has enquired with one other lender who unfortuantely could only offer an unsecured loan amount of $20,000, with anything higher needing to be the exact purchase amount for the car alone as a secured loan.
Is bankwest the same in this regard?
