How can bankwest take settlement contibution with out consent. Our home loan settled and bankwest took thousands of dollars out of our account leaving us with no money for a month. We disputed this and they said oh well sorry settlement went through. Its now easter and nothing can be done. Absolutely guttered. Can not reconmend Adel Pezzotta from Belmont banch her lies have caused troubles in our family and made our holiday time a very un happy one. We will taking our buisness else where as soon as possible no matter how much it cost. It almost borders fraud as no consent was given and will definatley be taking it to the banking ombudsman,
