My personal loan is currently showing a current balance of $7 but then my available balance is $1800+ I’m really confused as to what this amount is, as my current balance is no longer in the minus does that mean my loans payed off?

Hi @AC213, your current balance is the amount of the loan outstanding, so if this is in a positive balance your loan has been repaid.

If you'd like this loan to be closed, please log into your online banking and click the 'Message us now' button (if logged in using a PC/laptop), or the 'Ask us' button (if logged into the app) so we can get this finalised for you.
