Online loan application = contract?

If i submit a loan application online and it gets approved. Does that mean im locked in? Or can i decide after i get my application results if i want to go ahead or not?

Hi @Kckckckckc90, you can certainly decide to cancel a home loan application if you wish, as the contracts aren't issued immediately. However please keep in mind that when you apply for a home loan, or any other lending product online, we will do a credit check and this will show as an enquiry on your credit file, so it may be best to speak with us over the phone first to discuss your options, before submitting an application online.
