Monthly repayment does not add up to interest and principle reduction total

Why is it that my monthly repayment don't add up to the interest charged and the dip in limit? There is always an amount of money that goes "missing". There are no other charges that I know of. For the initial first years, the sums do tally.

Hi @Hakunaa, the debit interest and the amount the limit is lowered by each month should add up to the minimum monthly payment amount. If this is not happening we'd need to speak with you over the phone so we can look into this. If you can please give us a call on 13 17 19, we can identify you and have a look at the account to see what's happened here. Thanks!
