I am currently builing a house which Bankwest is providing the loan for. I asked for Bankwest to organise the minimum repayment deduction to make things easier (which they have setup), however I'm noticing this amount has changed between payments two or three times which is making budgeting very difficult! I can appreciate the minimum repayments may increase slightly as the loan is drawn on towards the allowable limit, however I can find no such details on minimum payments within my online account.
Could you please confirm what my minimum payment is currently and what it is likely to be at the limit of my loan allowance if it is indeed changing with each progress payment I process??

Hi @btomkins, the minimum loan repayments may depend on how many days there are in the month and interest rates. If you'd prefer you can contact us on 13 17 19 to set up a payment that can be the same each month/fortnight.

When I've called I can't seem to get through, the automated voice just encourages to come on here. If we can sort it out here that would be good. Otherwise, you could call me tomorrow on my mobile any time through the day on **Removed mobile number to protect customer's privacy**
