Hey @BIB, there are a few ways to do this depending on your loan type.

Variable - You can transfer from the available balance of your loan through your online banking by clicking 'Payments & transfers' > 'Make a payment' > 'Internal transfer' > follow the prompts.

Fixed - Please complete the Home Loan Access Form


If your loan is joint and two to sign, both parties to the loan will need to complete the Home Loan Access Withdrawal Authority Form. Once completed, this can be dropped into your local branch
