I got a letter from a solicitor (Optima Legal) in which they stated the following: Please note that a possession claim has started in respect of Flat 2 Livinia House in Swindon. The claim has been listed for hearing on 06/03/2019 at Swindon County Court. Also at the bottom of the letter, they advise us (the tenant) to seek our own independent legal advice.
My question: where do we stand as tenants?

Hi @alex005 , sorry to hear this, though this isn't something we'd be able to assist with.
We're Bankwest, located in Western Australia - I'm not sure your enquiry relates to our bank. It may be best to seek independant legal advice as per the letter you've received.
All the best.
