If I withdraw from my home loan will it affect my repayments? Will I have to pay it back, if so how long have I got to pay it back?

Hi there, this is dependant on the type of loan you hold.
If your loan is Principal and Interest, then as your minimum monthly repayment (MMR) is calculated using the limit of the loan (and not the current balance), your repayments will remain the same regardless of any withdrawals made. If your loan is Interest Only, your interest repayments will increase as the interest calculation is made using the current balance of the loan. For this reason there isn't a "time frame" that you need to pay the funds back as such, provided that at least the minimum monthly repayment amount is available in the account on the due date each month.
Hope this helps!
