Hi

Just wanted to ask does anyone know why my repayments are on different dates each month. For example last month the repayment was due on the 26th of the month,  the month before that the 24th of the month, the month before the 28th.?

Hi @ronants, thanks for getting in touch.

We can't view or provide any personal information via Forum I'm sorry, so I won't be able to provide details on your account specifically. What I can let you know, is that the interest raising/repayment date will be the same each month, unless that date falls on a weekend or public holiday.

To confirm what date this is on your account(s), you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, where our Online Team would be happy to help out. Alternatively if you can't access Online Banking, you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.

Thanks!
