Inexperienced seller here.
I have been chased by my solicitor this am regarding disharge details from Bankwest for the settlement of a property on the 19/12/17 this was the first time this had been mentioned to me and i was unaware that i needed to request this. I contaced your awesome customer support line this am who fwd me the correct document and advised to submit via bankmail in the web banking whih i have, the case number is 1300975.
I am now extremely nervous that we will miss the settlement date and i will be in breach of contract is there anything i can do to expedite this process.

Are you able to please send me an email to Forum@Bankwest.com.au outlining your full name, Forum username and the case number above, so that I can locate your BankMail and ensure it's directed to our Discharges Team ASAP?
