Hardship Assistance form advice

In the Payment details section, it asks how much i can afford. Does that mean how much altogether (including how much im already paying) or just how much extra i can afford?

Hi @jacy81, thanks for your enquiry. I've just checked with our hardship team and they've advised that you should put into the form how much altogether you can afford to pay. Thanks!
