Excess funds in personal loan

I have excess funds in my personal account and want to transfer them to my everyday banking account. I am currently overseas any unable to call my bank

Hi @Carla17, thanks for contacting us in regards to this.

Generally speaking you're unable to transfer excess funds from a Personal Loan into an Everyday account yourself, as a loan is not a transactional/debit account. However, our Contact Centre are certainly able to take a look at this for you to see if they can assist.

If you're unable to call, you can login to your Online Banking and send a BankMail (through the Message Centre tab) or you can select the "Message us Now" button between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday to discuss this.
